State of Missouri, St. Louis Forensic Treatment Center South Campus, seeks a Therapeutic Services Worker for the Client Work Program. Full-time, day shift 7:30am–4:30pm, with Saturdays/Sundays off.

The role focuses on monitoring clients and procedures in the CWP warehouse and workshops, ensuring safety and efficiency while supporting rehabilitation goals. The ideal candidate shows compassion, professional conduct, and the ability to document behavior accurately.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years of related experience.
• Associate’s degree preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor clients, work procedures, and products in the CWP Warehouse, Workshop, and Ceramics Room.
• Help ensure safety and efficiency in the Client Work Program (CWP).
• Document client behavior accurately and with clinical insight.
