TrulyHired is seeking a qualified professional to lead assessment, planning, implementation, and documentation of social/emotional instruction and behavior support plans in coordination with the classroom team.

The role focuses on collaboration with agency staff, parents, and professionals to achieve optimal student outcomes, adherence to documentation standards, and applying therapeutic crisis intervention when needed.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred in education, psychology, sociology, or related field.
• High School diploma required.

Responsabilités

• Align practice with Sanctuary Model and Re-ED philosophy in daily work.
• Collaborate with classroom team to deliver integrated education and behavioral programming.
• Document services weekly (lesson plans and progress notes) per guidelines.
• Complete documentation incl. data collection, FBA, and BIP.
