• During the shift, ensure every client is where they should be and encourage participation in activities.
• Prepare and serve meals per established menu plans within timelines.
• Accurately prepare, distribute, and document medications per MAR and physician orders.
• Assist clients with daily tasks in accordance with their IRTS program and treatment plan.
• Model coping strategies to help clients build relationships and independence.
• Record observations in daily progress notes and complete paperwork efficiently.
• Notify supervisor immediately in emergencies or incidents per policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
