Job summary

Renewal Falls Recovery Center in Cedar Falls, IA seeks a Clinical Therapist to deliver individual, group, and family therapy in a trauma-informed, recovery-oriented setting. You will assess, plan, coordinate care, and ensure documentation meets state, federal, and payer standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• Active, unrestricted clinical license in the state of employment.
• CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and risk screenings per DSM-5/state guidelines.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans aligned with ASAM criteria.
• Provide structured individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities (CBT/DBT/MI).
• Document therapy services accurately and on time, following Medicaid and payer standards.
