Renewal Falls Recovery Center in Cedar Falls, IA, is seeking a Clinical Therapist to deliver individual, group, and family therapy within a trauma-informed, recovery-oriented setting. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and ensure high-quality documentation aligned with state and payer standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field.
• Current, unrestricted independent clinical license in the state (e.g., LMHC, LPC, LCSW, LISW, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist).
• CPR and First Aid certification currently or within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and risk screenings.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, MI).
• Maintain timely, compliant documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries).
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and external partners.
