Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree or higher preferred.
• Experience with youth in residential or education settings is a plus.
• Must pass background checks and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavior management and social/emotional support in a classroom of up to nine children.
• Assist the lead teacher with planning and implementing academic tasks.
• Collaborate with specialists (PE/Health, Art, Music) to create a structured learning environment.
• Supervise residents, lead activities, and participate in supervision sessions.
• Attend team meetings and document incidents and progress notes accurately.
