Job summary

Waterford-Country-School is seeking a Shift Supervisor for the STTAR Program to oversee a residential shelter during assigned shifts. You will supervise children and staff, ensure safety, and maintain shift reports and documentation.

Responsibilities include administering medications, training staff, and coordinating activities while acting as a liaison between the director and day-to-day operations. On-call and extra shifts may be required; maintain program procedures and compliance.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree or commensurate, extensive experience in working with children and adolescents in a residential setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children and staff on assigned shift and ensure safety.
• Complete shift reports and incident documentation.
• Administer medications according to procedures and maintain certifications.
• Train staff and ensure adherence to STTAR procedures.
• Coordinate recreational, cultural and enrichment activities across all shifts.
• Serve as liaison between the director and daily child care services.
• Be on-call and available for extra shifts as needed.
