Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• MA DESE School Social Worker/School Adjustment Counselor License (All Levels).
• Licensed Social Worker (LCSW or LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or eligible.
• Minimum of 3 years of urban setting clinical experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States by start date.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Student Success Team to implement MTSS.
• Provide individual and group counseling and crisis intervention.
• Coordinate referrals to external agencies and programs with families.
• Maintain data, prepare monthly reports, and support SST data use.
• Engage with school leaders, families, and community partners to support students.
