Job summary

Communities In Schools of Southeast Harris County and Brazoria County is seeking a Site Coordinator to manage daily program operations at the school site, collaborating with the principal, teachers, students and families to deliver CIS services through a trauma-informed, equity-focused approach.

The role involves coordinating services during the school day, interviewing students and guardians, maintaining records, engaging volunteers, and coordinating community resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field or equivalent.
• Minimum three years of work experience.
• Experience coordinating school-based programs with students and families.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services for identified students during the school day and possibly before/after school.
• Interview students and/or parents/guardians to assess problems and determine needs.
• Maintain records and prepare reports with deadlines.
• Engage volunteers and community resources to meet student needs.
• Work with principals and staff to structure CIS programs at the campus.
• Travel as needed and interact with multiple stakeholders.
