Job summary

The Lincoln Center for Family and Youth in Audubon, PA, seeks a Licensed School-based Counselor/Social Worker to provide trauma-informed therapy, case management, and school-based mental health services for at-risk students, families, and school staff.

The role includes home-based services, collaboration with districts, and consultation to educators, with requirements of a Master’s in counseling or social work and licensure (LPC/LSW/LCSW); it is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities

Qualifications

• Masters degree in counseling or social work.
• Licensure: LPC, LSW, or LCSW.
• Experience in trauma-informed mental health services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed therapy (group, individual, family) for at-risk students.
• Perform case management and home-based services for families.
• Offer consultation to school staff and liaison with community agencies.
• Coordinate behavioral health care and trauma support programs for students.
• Work with districts to develop safe and nurturing learning environments.
• Collaborate with families to facilitate school adjustment and access to resources.
