Job summary

The role requires a Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or education and at least three years of experience with children and adolescents. Bilingual candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work or education.
• At least 3 years of counseling experience with child and adolescent populations.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care.
• LPC or LCSW licensed upon hire in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy in school settings.
• Develop and monitor a care plan with measurable goals.
• Document on the day of contact and link notes to the treatment plan.
• Coordinate referrals for mental health services inside and outside the network.
• Maintain caseload and schedule open, same-day encounters.
• Address financial or billing issues and document insurance contacts.
