The ambassador monitors cameras, handles radio communications, roves properties, and assists with floor checks to maintain a secure, respectful community for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years’ experience in Security Operations.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups and residents.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with buildings and may drive between locations.
• Build rapport with residents and staff to reduce incidents.
• Mediates conflicts using de-escalation techniques and safety protocols.
• Monitor safety by observing premises, radios, and cameras; report concerns.
