Job summary

Thompson is seeking a Residential Therapist to support youth in our Carolinas region. You will provide individual and group therapy, complete assessments, attend team meetings, and develop person-centered plans in our residential facility.

Requirements include a Master's in a human services field, licensure or provisional license in NC, and at least 1 year of experience. The role offers full-time hours, benefits, PTO, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in human services or related field is required.
• Associate or provisional license required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Provisional or full therapist licensure in North Carolina.
• Must have valid driver's license and meet credentialing standards.
• Drug screening and extensive background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy.
• Complete Comprehensive Clinical Assessments.
• Attend Child & Family Team meetings.
• Develop and monitor person-centered plans for youth in the residential facility.
