Job summary

Fred Finch Youth & Family Services seeks a Residential Supervisor in Oakland, CA to lead delivery of safe, trauma-informed care and provide direct oversight to residential staff, in partnership with the Residential Manager.

This full-time, non-exempt role offers a pay range of $27.85 to $35.55 per hour, plus 21 PTO days, 9 observed holidays, 401(k) matching up to 6%, up to $10,000 for degree assistance, and affordable health care premiums.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a social science field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Meet CA Division of Community Care Licensing requirements.
• Become a Registered Behavior Technician within 60 days or be a Qualified Behavior Modification Professional.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to ensure safe, trauma-informed care for participants.
• Oversee daily residential and program operations with Residential Manager.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff; address performance concerns.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and licensing requirements and safety standards.
