Fred Finch Youth & Family Services is seeking a Residential Counselor in Oakland, CA for a full-time non-exempt role. You will provide day-to-day care and supervision to participants in a residential program, ensuring well-being and safety in line with policies and accreditation standards.

Qualifying candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of relevant experience. A California Driver’s License with a clean driving record is required.

Qualifications

• One year of experience providing support services in a residential or housing program.
• California Driver’s License with acceptable driving record and insurance.
