Qualifications
1–3 years of experience within residential and/or community‑based services for youth.
1–3 years of experience supervising staff.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
Maintain staffing schedules and oversee shift handovers.
Ensure county contract and agency requirements are met.
Facilitate communication between staff, clinicians, and housing case managers.
Provide calm, trauma‑informed leadership during crises.
Skills
Understanding of the needs of unhoused young adults or youth
Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Ability to coach and supervise staff through reflective practice
Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
Education
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
