Job summary

WellPower in Denver is seeking Residential Counselors to support consumers with daily living activities, provide individual and group therapy, and coordinate treatment with a multidisciplinary team.

You will monitor medications, ensure safety, and advocate for recovery while maintaining trauma-informed care and thorough documentation. Shift: Mon-Fri 11pm-7:15am, with weekend requirements.

Qualifications

• RC I: Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in social work, psychology, human services, or related field; CNA/HHA preferred.
• RC II: Bachelor's Degree in social work, psychology, human services, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy and group therapy sessions.
• Coordinate clinical care with case management and MHCD resources.
• Assess consumers throughout the day and provide interventions.
• Assist with activities of daily living and teach essential household skills.
• Complete intake/discharge tasks for new residents or moves.
• Document all consumer interactions and maintain daily logs and meds records.
