Job summary

Community House Mental Health Agency is seeking a part-time Residential Caregiver in Seattle, WA. You will work weekends to support residents with behavioral health services, ADLs/IADLs, and medication assistance. You will document interactions in the EMR and participate in care planning with the team.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, safety, and collaboration, with duties ranging from supervision of medications to coordinating transportation and activities for residents.

Qualifications

• Pass criminal background check before hire date.
• Complete required Assisted Living Facility trainings within designated timelines.
• Hold a valid license with clean driving record to operate agency vehicles.
• Able to communicate information clearly and work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with care team to coordinate treatment, appointments, and transportation.
• Ensure adherence to trauma-informed care principles in all interactions.
• Oversee medication windows and maintain accurate documentation in the EMR.
• Participate in shift change meetings and complete required reporting.
• Assist with on-site cleaning, resident activities, and group events.
