Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in related field preferred.

• Ability to stay calm under challenging conditions and de-escalate crises.

Responsibilities

• Fosters a safe, therapeutic environment following all protocols.
• Monitors high-risk areas and applies CPI restraint only as required.
• Models social, emotional, and life skills to residents.
• Completes behavior and activity documentation clearly and on time.
• Builds trusting relationships and coordinates with the treatment team.
• Reports safety concerns promptly per agency policy.
• Performs other duties to support program operations.
