Job summary

Wedgwood Christian Services is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a trauma-informed residential treatment team for youth aged 12–17, emphasizing safety, structure, and therapeutic care within a compassionate program. Qualifications

• Must be at least 20 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical interventions when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to direct care staff during assigned shifts and coordinate staff coverage.
• Ensure completion of shift responsibilities including documentation and medications.
• Support and guide staff in implementing individualized treatment plans and trauma-informed practices.
• Create and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment grounded in the Sanctuary Model.
• Transport residents to appointments and coordinate medical care as needed.
