Job summary

Wedgwood Christian Services is seeking an Interim Assistant Residential Home Supervisor to support a trauma-informed residential program for youth ages 10–16. The role coordinates daily operations, mentors staff, and helps ensure consistent, high-quality treatment and care within the Boelkins Program.

The position offers an interim full-time schedule with weekend/weekday shifts, and compensation ranging from $23.00 to $25.00 per hour plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required with youth treatment experience.
• Associates degree plus 3 years youth treatment experience acceptable.
• High School diploma plus 4 years direct care experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Support oversight of daily operations within the residential home.
• Assist in supervising, coaching, and developing Youth Treatment Specialists.
• Oversee staff training progression and onboarding of new team members.
• Provide guidance in implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain a safe, structured, therapeutic environment grounded in trauma-informed care.
