Job summary

The Fedcap Group is seeking a Workshop Facilitator to deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based workshops and transition planning for individuals incarcerated in NYC Department of Correction facilities. This role requires facilitating at least three structured workshops daily to support re-entry and community integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; associate's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in group facilitation, workforce development, or social services.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a minimum of three workshops daily.
• Maintain participant engagement rate of ≥ 80% across sessions.
• Use multiple learning modalities to accommodate diverse learners.
• Track attendance, participation, and outcomes in the DOC FedcapCARES system.
• Promote positive behavior and personal development through structured facilitation.
• Collaborate with Transition Managers, Peer Navigators, and DOC staff.
