Job summary

Rocky Mountain Mind and Body is seeking a dedicated psychedelic guide/sitter to provide trauma-informed, compassionate support in a Colorado clinic. You will hold space for patients during Ketamine sessions, apply grounding techniques, and document interactions in the EHR.

A current psychedelic guide/sitter program and strong privacy practices are essential. Ideal candidates have strong communication, reliability, and openness to a diverse patient population, with willingness to engage in

Qualifications

• Psychedelic sitter or guide training completed or in progress.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• 1 year of prior patient care preferred.
• Reliability and dependability are required.
• Open-minded to diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Foster a safe, non-judgmental presence for patients.
• Apply trauma-informed harm reduction techniques and grounding exercises.
• Provide breath-work and meditation guidance as needed.
• Sit with and monitor patients during treatments.
• Document patient interactions in the EHR accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Assist with mobility and transport as needed.
• Follow HIPAA/PHI/OSHA guidelines and wear PPE as required.
