Job summary

I Am Boundless, Inc. is seeking a Staff Registered Nurse (RN) for the Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility in Worthington, OH. This part-time role supports youth with trauma-informed nursing care under OhioRISE guidelines and works with an interdisciplinary team to plan discharge and coordinate health services.

The RN ensures accurate documentation, conducts health assessments, and maintains medication administration while complying with licensure and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Ohio RN license in good standing.
• Must communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
• One year of nursing experience in behavioral health, psychiatric, or pediatric setting; two+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to youth in the PRTF including health screenings, vital signs, response to changes in condition, and crisis support.
• Maintain trauma-informed, culturally responsive care.
• Monitor and document youth health status and treatment progress; communicate with the Lead RN and team.
• Coordinate medical and wellness services with internal and external providers.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and ensure medical information is included in ISP.
