Qualifications

• Nursing leadership experience in behavioral health settings
• Strong clinical oversight and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles
• Experience with regulatory standards and surveys

Responsibilities

• Directs clinical and operational nursing care in a Colorado PRTF
• Oversees medication management, MARS, and safe medication practices
• Maintains 24/7 nursing coverage and staff competency
• Ensures compliance with CMS PRTF, CDHS, Joint Commission and other standards
• Leads incident review, quality assurance, and corrective actions
• Collaborates with psychiatry, therapy, and milieu staff for integrated care
• Communicates with families and guardians about care plans and safety
