Job summary

I Am Boundless in Worthington, OH is seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse to provide trauma-informed nursing care to youth in a Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF). You will perform health screenings, document care, and coordinate with the treatment team to support discharge planning.

The ideal candidate holds an Ohio RN license, BLS, and has experience in behavioral health or pediatric settings, with a strong commitment to trauma-informed care and compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Ohio RN license in good standing.
• BLS certification (can be provided).
• Experience in behavioral health, psychiatric, or pediatric settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to youth in the PRTF, including health screenings and vital signs.
• Monitor and document health status and treatment progress; communicate findings to the team.
• Coordinate medical and wellness services with internal and external providers.
• Support discharge planning and ensure follow-up care and medications.
