Job summary

Alma Family Services seeks a Clinical Supervisor/Program Manager to lead UMHP efforts in addressing childhood and family trauma, focusing on outreach, education, and intergenerational wellness activities within California.

The role requires an LCSW or LMFT with CA licensure, a Master’s in a related field, 3+ years in mental health, bilingual English/Spanish, and strong supervisory skills; evenings/weekends as needed, and independent judgment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or LMFT with CA license required.
• Master’s degree in psychology, sociology or related field.
• At least three years in mental health services/wellness programs.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program lead/administrator duties and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate data collection and input into the database.
• Recruit, train, and supervise UMHP staff.
• Engage families with culturally appropriate outreach and education.
• Address complex childhood and family trauma cases.
