Responsibilities

Review applications and interview potential residents.
Direct intake and orientation for new residents.
Coordinate day-to-day programming and activities.
Oversee crisis situations with residents.
Collaborate with staff and volunteers for transportation to medical, recovery meetings, and other activities.
Lead classes and counsel residents through program components.
Plan staff orientation and development for program house staff.
