Wellspring Living, Inc. is seeking a Program Director for the Receiving Hope Center in Atlanta, GA. This full-time, exempt role leads a multidisciplinary team to provide trauma-informed care and oversee program operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's (Master's preferred) in a related field, 5+ years in human services, and 3+ years of leadership. The program emphasizes safety, compliance, and continuous improvement in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• Minimum of five years in human services or social service delivery.
• At least three years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience serving youth affected by trauma or human trafficking.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed and strength-based care practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop program leadership and direct care teams.
• Oversee daily operations of the Receiving Hope Center.
• Ensure high-quality, trauma-informed care and services.
• Maintain staffing coverage and respond to emergencies.
• Develop individualized service plans and ensure documentation in EHR.
• Manage program budgets in partnership with CFO.
• Represent Wellspring Living in community partnerships and fundraising events.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with licensing standards.
