Restorative Pathways is seeking a Program Advocate for Anchor Village in Alameda, CA. This full-time, in-person role supports day center and shelter operations, focusing on trauma-informed engagement and safe, welcoming participant experiences.

You will work Monday to Friday, 7am–3pm, with a strong emphasis on direct participant support, safety, and referrals to services. Local travel may occur within the Bay Area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in shelters or social services preferred.
• Trauma-informed care and de-escalation knowledge.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• CA driver's license, valid insurance, and ability to drive agency vehicles as required.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct support to participants at Anchor Village.
• Monitor spaces and ensure safety and adherence to guidelines.
• Assist with daily program activities and participant flow.
• Maintain shift logs and document interactions and incidents.
• Encourage engagement with services and refer to resources.
• Complete timesheets and participate in supervision.
