Job summary

Bright Path Behavioral Health in Walpole, MA is seeking a Primary Therapist to provide individual and group therapy at PHP/IOP levels. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Licensed or license-eligible in Massachusetts (LMHC, LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC-track).
• 1–2 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Experience delivering individual and group therapy at PHP/IOP level.
• Trauma-informed, PTSD-care oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans with the team.
• Complete clinical documentation including progress notes and discharge summaries.
