Qualifications

• Licensed or license-eligible in Massachusetts (LMHC/LICSW/LCSW/LMFT/LPC-track).
• 1–2 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Experience providing individual and group counseling at PHP/IOP level.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans with the treatment team.
• Complete clinical documentation and discharge summaries timely.
• Perform biopsychosocial assessments and risk assessments.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk management services.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, medical providers, and case managers.
