Responsibilities

• Facilitate group sessions to enhance coping skills and social connections.
• Assist participants in achieving housing readiness and independence.
• Collaborate with Case Management and Clinical teams per care plans.
• Document services in Apricot and maintain required records.
• Travel within Anchorage as needed.
