Job summary

Presbyterian Children’s Homes and Services (PCHAS) seeks a program coordinator to oversee Growing Together Parent Groups in Navarro County, TX. You will promote child safety education and lead group activities for infants to preschoolers.

Ideal candidates have experience with group facilitation, family services, and flexible evening hours. The role supports community engagement and collaboration with local partners.

Qualifications

• Education, training, and experience in human services delivery to families.
• Ability to run groups, manage programs, and coordinate activities.
• Flexibility for evenings and weekends to meet family needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all Growing Together Parent Groups including Parent Cafes, Circle of Security Groups, and Parent Advisory Council.
• Promote public awareness of child safety and prevention of abuse.
• Lead parenting education groups (TBRI, COSP, Mothers and Babies).
• Plan, recruit, and facilitate parent support groups to strengthen families.
