Qualifications

• High School Diploma or BA/BS preferred.
• Two years of Vista Del Mar or similar supervisory experience preferred.
• At least 3 years of supervisorial experience preferred.
• Must have a valid CA driver’s license to transport youth.
• Knowledge of residential treatment protocols and leadership abilities.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Bilingual in any language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight YDC staff per Vista Del Mar policies and laws.
• Train, plan, assign, and direct work; evaluate performance.
• Provide weekly supervision and document meetings.
• Recommend hiring or termination for direct reports.
• Make quick safety decisions in emergencies.
• Ensure reporting of incidents and maintain child safety.
