Job summary

Families & Youth Innovations Plus (FYI+) is seeking an independently licensed outpatient therapist to join our team in New Mexico. The role involves providing therapy to adults, adolescents, children and families with a trauma-responsive approach.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in evidence-based practices and collaborates across a multidisciplinary team within our CCBHC program to deliver whole-person care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field.
• Current Independent New Mexico State License (LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW) in good standing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive diagnostic assessments and develops collaborative treatment plans.
• Maintains written accurate and up-to-date clinical records and writes reports.
• Provides therapy using evidence-based, trauma-responsive approaches.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate holistic client care.
