Job summary

NorthCare in Edmond, OK is seeking a licensed mental health professional to provide outpatient therapy to children, adults and families in a community-based setting. Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology or related field and Oklahoma licensure or supervised licensure.
• Licensed LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LADC-MH, LBP, or under supervision; if licensed, CE requirements apply.
• Community-based role requiring travel and flexibility in settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide integrated services addressing behavioral and physical health in recovery-focused care.
• Carry a differentiated caseload with individual, family and group therapy and care coordination.
• Perform intake interviews and assessments to gather symptoms, needs and goals.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to support health behavior change and referrals.
• Provide crisis management, safety assessment, and referral to higher levels of care when needed.
• Maintain clinical records timely and complete required trainings and documentation.
