Job summary

Health Connect America, Inc. is seeking licensed or licensure-eligible therapists to provide high-quality mental health services across clients in diverse settings. The role emphasizes trauma-informed, client-centered care and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team across states.

The Therapist will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, document progress, and engage in outreach to promote services and attract referrals, ensuring compliant care in line with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field required.
• Must be eligible for LPC/LMFT/LCSW licensure in MS or relevant state.
• Experience delivering individual, group, and family therapy.

Responsibilities

• Perform biopsychosocial assessments to determine needs and interventions.
• Deliver therapy in individual, group, and family sessions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with the treatment team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes within required timeframes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
• Engage in outreach and promote services to attract referrals.
• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed.
