Job summary

Call to Freedom in Sioux Falls, SD seeks an Occupational Therapist Manager to lead a team and expand innovative programming for survivors. The role blends clinical OT with leadership, emphasizing trauma-informed, client-centered care and collaborative partnerships to support recovery.

As a clinical leader, you will balance direct services with program development, supervision, and outcomes monitoring within a mission-driven, trauma-informed framework.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current Occupational Therapy license in South Dakota (or ability to obtain licensure).
• Minimum of 1–2 years clinical experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Passion for serving vulnerable populations through a trauma-informed approach.
• Ability to think creatively, solve problems, and inspire others.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of occupational therapy professionals.
• Develop and expand innovative occupational therapy programming for survivors.
• Provide direct occupational therapy services when needed.
• Collaborate with case managers, counselors, advocates, healthcare providers, and community partners to ensure holistic, client-centered care.
• Ensure services reflect evidence-based and trauma-informed best practices.
• Monitor program outcomes and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team culture while supporting staff development.
• Help shape the future of occupational therapy services at Call to Freedom.
