Job summary

Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, developing policies, guiding staff, reporting to the Director of Crisis Services, and collaborating with case managers and treatment teams to coordinate physical and mental

Qualifications

• Must hold OH RN license.
• BSN or higher preferred.
• Experience with severely mentally disabled persons preferred.
• Prior supervisory and leadership experience preferred.
• Computer skills including Windows and Word required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
• Travel requires valid OH driver's license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates as an integrated team by sharing information and results.
• Develops, engages and empowers personnel to fulfill their potential.
• Coordinates CRC staff schedules and addresses coverage issues.
• Assists in policy development and program operations; coordinates with other Agency programs.
• Participates in quality improvement plans and leadership team meetings.
• Manages HR tasks: staffing plans, performance evaluations, and hiring.
• Communicates with case managers and treatment teams regarding client care.
• Coordinates linkages with community providers for continuity of care.
• Completes documentation for service delivery and required reporting.
