Job summary

The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Milieu Specialist Acuity Support to join our QRTP program. This role ensures trauma-informed, high-quality service delivery across education, cafe, recreation, and outings, and includes crisis de-escalation responsibilities and on-shift planning.

Fully in person, 1p-9p, Tue-Thurs plus weekend coverage; CPI coaching, onboarding support for 2nd shift, and coordination of outings and evening activities; candidates should have a high school diploma and relevant mental

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least three years of mental health experience.
• Eligible for QMHS certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement program activities and ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate and manage service delivery (education, cafe, recreation, passes, outings, etc.).
• Serve as crisis de-escalation team member and provide CPI coaching.
• Assist with onboarding and coaching for 2nd shift Mental Health Technician.
• Coordinate outings, evening activities, and transportation for difficult youth as needed.
