The Buckeye Ranch in Grove City, OH is seeking a Milieu Specialist Acuity Support to join our QRTP. This role ensures trauma‑informed, high‑quality services across education, cafe, recreation, and therapy supports, while coordinating daily operations and program delivery.

You will provide acuity‑based support, help with shift planning, de‑escalation during crises, CPI coaching for staff, onboarding for Mental Health Technicians on 2nd shift, and assist with outings and transportation as needed,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three years of relevant mental health experience.
• Eligible for QMHS certification.
• Active driver's license and proof of auto insurance.

Responsabilités

• Provide trauma-informed milieu services across education, cafe, recreation, and therapy activities.
• Coordinate and manage service delivery and program quality.
• Act as crisis de-escalation team member and provide CPI coaching as needed.
• Assist with onboarding and coaching for 2nd shift Mental Health Technicians.
• Assist with outing coordination, evening activities and transportation as needed.
