Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing caseloads, referrals, and program documentation.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload of clients as assigned by supervisor.
• Supervise and assign caseloads to mental health clinicians and interns.
• Manage internal and external referral systems.
• Maintain and refine intake processes and assessments.
• Document treatment plans and notes in Theranest.
• Prepare reports and participate in program development.
