Frontier Behavioral Health is seeking a Mental Health Clinician in Spokane to provide trauma-informed, client-centered therapy within an outpatient program. You will support a multidisciplinary team, conduct risk assessments, and implement recovery care plans in office, virtual, or community settings.

The role requires a Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or social work and credentials with WA state. Travel between sites may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Trauma-informed, client-centered therapy using evidence-based practices.
• Knowledge of service delivery models for groups and individual therapy.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide episodic, trauma-informed, person-centered therapy.
• Maintain client records and documentation.
• Conduct risk assessments and crisis interventions as needed.
• Facilitate and co-facilitate client treatment groups.
• Coordinate with the treatment team for care planning and discharge.
