Qualifications

• Masters or Doctorate in a mental health counseling discipline.
• Fully licensed LMFT/LMHC/LCSW, or psychologist in Washington.
• At least six years in mental health with crisis, child, trauma, or related expertise.
• Prior private practice or group practice experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of up to 12 licensed clinicians.
• Meet monthly with clinicians for clinical, employment and supervisory support.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of clinical staff and supervisors.
• Lead bi-monthly supervisor meetings and a monthly leadership team review.
• Ensure timely responses to crises and maintain high quality clinical care.
• Develop trainings and onboarding materials for clinicians.
