Therapeutic Health Services (THS) seeks a Clinical Supervisor to oversee Adult Mental Health Clinicians, lead team meetings, and ensure high‑quality clinical service delivery with adherence to WAC. You will provide assessment, therapy, crisis response, brief intervention, and case management to adults and families.

Deliver culturally relevant services within the recovery framework in a multi‑disciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Minimum required is a Fully Licensed Therapist with a Master’s Degree.
• CDP a plus.
• Experience supervising clinical staff and working with diverse populations.

Responsabilités

• Supervises and provides individual and group therapy and case management.
• Maintains clinical documentation including treatment plans and progress notes.
• Adheres to THS policies, ensures productivity and quality standards.
• Applies mental health recovery model in practice.
• Maintains WAC compliance and professional program records.
