Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with participants.

• Coordinate referrals to internal programs and community resources.
• Track participant progress and maintain accurate documentation.
• Facilitate group workshops and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide ongoing encouragement and promote an inclusive, trauma-informed environment.
