Job summary

Marian House in Baltimore seeks two independently licensed therapists to provide trauma-informed care in our residential Transitional Housing Programs, one serving single women and one serving mothers and their children.

You will conduct individual, family, and group psychotherapy, complete clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, manage crises, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team while maintaining timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Current Maryland independent licensure: LCPC, LCMFT, or LCSW-C.
• At least two years of psychotherapy experience with adults and children.
• Experience with substance use disorders and co-occurring conditions.
• Trauma-informed care, communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
• EMDR, IFS, or TF-CBT training preferred.
• Trauma-specific training and experience with homelessness or justice-involvement preferred.
