Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least two years of experience in facility security or related role.
• Experience in social services, correctional, or community-based reentry settings preferred.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and follow security protocols.
• Trauma-informed care familiarity or willingness to train.

Responsibilities

• Greet participants, answer inquiries, and explain security procedures.
• Maintain accurate client records and prepare program materials.
• Enter data into PDCS and generate reports.
• Track referrals and monitor follow-ups with providers.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate contractor services.
• Apply trauma-informed de-escalation and support clients in distress.
