The role focuses on developing recovery plans and coordinating support teams. You will establish measurable outcomes, prepare RPOCs within timelines, train staff on Wraparound philosophy, and work with diverse populations to promote self-sufficiency and access

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Social Work, or Human Services.
Minimum 3 years related experience.
Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

Coordinate AODA treatment and recovery support services for individuals returning to the community from DOC facilities or involved with Probation and Parole.
Set up Recovery Support Teams and develop a Recovery Plan of Care (RPOC).
Facilitate Recovery Support Team meetings to implement RPOC with measurable outcomes.
Prepare and conduct training on Wraparound philosophy for consumers and providers.
Provide counseling and engage consumers to promote self-sufficiency and rebuild relationships.
