Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Social Work, or Human Services.
• Minimum 3 years related experience.
• Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License and auto insurance.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate AODA treatment and recovery support services for individuals returning to the community from DOC facilities or involved with Probation and Parole.
• Set up Recovery Support Teams and develop a Recovery Plan of Care (RPOC).
• Facilitate Recovery Support Team meetings to implement RPOC with measurable outcomes.
• Prepare and conduct training on Wraparound philosophy for consumers and providers.
• Provide counseling and engage consumers to promote self-sufficiency and rebuild relationships.
